Why didn't call this into public safety 203 946-6316 when you first noticed this 4 hours ago. I wonder how much water was wasted because you fail to do so. After calling you could post to alert others and have a record it was called. This site is not monitor 24/7 by the city. I phoned this in after reading this post but I am tired of calling in issue after them reading about them on this site that should have been phoned in when first noticed.
I made an assumption because your post did not mention it was called in. If you call public safety 203 946-6316 you may get a message that all operators are busy and you will put on hold. If you wait you will get a chance to talk to someone.
