Is there some way that whoever is doing the development on the west side of Ryan, north of 15, can be made to get the driveways poured with concrete before winter comes? There have been barrels there for months with a gaping hole just inches from the road. When icy weather comes I can imagine that someone is going to slide into this unnecessary mess and ruin their undercarriage.
