Sharraxaadda

There's a public park right across the street, people who come to pick up their siblings/relatives usually double park and honk to alert them that they've arrived yet their friends relatives are busy playing sports. This causes a lot disturbance to residents living in the low rise apartments, mostly elderly and sick.
So I request you please address this issue by placing a no honking sign or any better solution, so we can live peacefully.
