It turns out that Hamden does not coordinate with Seeclickfix. When I wrote to Mayor Leng on Facebook (at the suggestion of another Hamden citizen) at the end of June, he told me that they were looking into coordination. And he also said he would get right on the tree problem. However, nothing has happened. Dealing with Hamden issues on this platform has no effect. But then neither do certified letters, emails or Facebook messages. Your tax dollars at work. So far the tree still stands with dead branches looming over the street and sidewalks and two driveways.

We are excited to announce that the Town of Hamden is now a partner with SeeClickFix! The Town will officially be launching SeeClickFix on Monday, October 23, 2017. The tree came down on October 6, 2017

The issue is closed - the tree in question (there were multiple notices due to confusion with the site itself when I reported the situation a year ago. The town took down the tree two weeks ago.
