This vehicle frequently parks in visitor parking at the back of 5132 El Camino Ave. It has expired registration tags, is a safety hazard because it literally leaks puddles of diesel, and there is sometimes a dog locked inside. It does not belong to any of the residents at the complex. Thank you.
