The RV is back after being parked there a month in Sept. It has a paper license tag describing it as a 1985 Chevrolet. It's been there a week so far this time. There's a red truck with no tag on front in driveway also. Multiple other vehicles come and go during the day. Walkway for the children to school is blocked and another car is parked in the street at night blocking Fifth street traffic.
