this house is a giant violation to the neighborhood and the people that live in the vicinity . this man does not care how his own house is on the verge of looking like a trap house .he does what he wants as if there is no law that he has to follow he is constantly stalking other neighbors taking pictures and videos claiming he is doing good for the community saving property values but yet he continues to belive his own lies and continues to let his home go to shambles. this man has a mental disorder that needs to be dealt with before someone gets hurt . I have personally seen him chase down people who are obeying all the traffic laws on a quad like he's the police now what if one of the people wrecked due to them not knowing as to why this crazy person is chasing them with no lights or any proof of him being of any kind of law enforcement . no one rides on his block or near it for that matter because they know there's a really good chance he will start harassing them as well. me and quite a few other neighbors are appalled by his behavior and how he thinks it's OK what he's doing . so it's legal for him to snap pictures because he's in the road which is public use. we'll put yourself in our shoes we have Lil kids running around the yard young adults playing ball or riding bikes in the streets like on any other neighborhood in the city. then all sudden out of nowhere this crazy man dead stops in middle of the road causing cars behind him to stop or swerve around which puts the said kids in danger the being ran over not just bye him but by other people then you look at the fact that he's still taking pictures multiple times daily no matter what's going on so if you have children you would understand or grandchildren or nieces and nephews would u want some stranger taking pictures of them . no u would not. let's get back to him chasing people down with his car he has no right what so ever to do anything of the sort . what happens when who ever he is chasing has a wreck hits someone or gets hit who's at fault there . I am from 730 martin lane and my name is Samuel Weiss and yes I work on stuff for people but most of the people I do work for live in this neighborhood and non of which have a problem with what I do or how I conduct my business. in fact everyone around me knows if something needs fixed done right and usually for Lil to no money involved all they have to do is stop and ask and I'm more than glad to assist in any way I can. I'm not asking for much for what I am asking for is for this man to quit harassing me and many of my other neighbors that are surrounding me he wants to talk about the law well just needs to be done about what he's doing he's mentally Disturbed and he needs help before somebody gets hurt
