Deskripsyon

This is an 8-unit apartment complex where the garbage placed in a dumpster near the street has not been emptied for at least 1.5 months. The garbage is overflowing the dumpster and is now being placed at curbside. The property owner apparently is not having the dumpster emptied and the garbage is stinking. It is also a fire hazard at this point, particularly with the mattresses present and Halloween coming up.
