Homeless encampment hosting under age prostitutes. A new homeless encampment has been built at the median between E. 12th and the highway overpass. Of particular worry is that I have observed two underage prostitutes being pimped from this location. I would guess about 14_15 years old. One white, one African American, both very thin. They work as early as 8am and also late at night. Pimp is African American, in his 20's, very aggressive in the neighborhood. Encampment has about 5 structures and a van illegally parked on the median at night.
