Issues are as follows:

1. Repair/ reconstruct Chatsworth dr. From north end to south ends by first street, lots of broken cracks. Very uneven surfaces that causing water puddles, in winter ice forming that leads to skidding cares and slippery road conditions. Very unsafe to drive and walk on it. So street residents waiting for three years to fixed this condition. Every year keep promising to us to fixed it. So far no result. We want to see that Chatsworth need to be fixed by next spring/ summer.

2. West end of Irving dr where it meets on VanDyke, there is unfinished peace In between this intersection. It is getting bad. Please fixed it. Winter is coming.

3. Most and must needed regular service of swiping vacuum truck to clean leaves in fall and rt. After winter is over. Which prevents drainage and manholes clogging. Some city like Clawson, Mi. Has excel ant service to there residents year after year. Why city of sterling ht.. Can't provide such a service?

4. We do't see any more tree trimming truck on the street to beatifying our street. It also creat hazard during winter storm and bad wether conditions.

5. Some side walks needs repair on Chatsworth dr. Where comment block popped up one end crests dangerousness situation for falling and getting hurt occasionally. This condition are most times at tree sides cement slabs.

I am living in Sterling ht. since 1976. Conditions are getting verse.

So please Mr. Mayer Taylor to look in to these matters very seriously. Lots resident will appreciated your work in the city of Sterling ht. I am very respected fan of yours.
