To clarify - this is not an illegal dumping, but rather a bulk trash pickup that was scheduled with Public Works over 6 weeks ago. Nobody posted signs from the City. Same happened with another bulk trash pickup nearby a few weeks ago.
Perhaps the city is not posting signs night before anymore?
