The grass on the corner of Rex Ridge Parkway and Rex Ridge Drive has reached heights that are unacceptable and deemed a violation as it relates to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for The Promenade at Rex Ridge. To my knowledge, this is the responsibility of Builders, Developers, and HOA Management Company. The Sales Representatives even had the audacity to post a "New Homes" sign in the unkempt area. If this area remains neglected, not manicured, and unattended to, there could be potential fires, unwanted pets, pests, and wildlife that carry diseases, and depreciating value to our community which is not even completely developed. Your cooperation with this issue is greatly esteemed.
