Description

New pedestrian ramp is at an extreme grade when walking from South to North on Hamline at Concordia Ave. North side of Concordia Ave sidewalk is too narrow to accommodate wheelchairs and it is the only viable Northward path here as the west side of the street is marked as do not cross.
