the southbound light on Greenbriar blvd does not
protect traffic turning left onto Rice Blvd; the traffic going northbound on GB blvd always turns right, never yielding to the southbound traffic. the light then turns red and only 2-3 cars on Southbound GB blvd were able to get onto Rice blvd per cycled light. pls help! give the southbound traffic a green arrow-right away so that northbound traffic will yield.
