Hi An Anonymous, our apologies for not responding sooner. We have granted the business owner - Vintage Photography Emporium -- permission to place their Model A vehicle daily on Church St, with the condition that it be removed at the end of each day. Each store within the Marketplace District is provided a certain portion of the public right of way to use for sidewalk sales, special displays, etc. The vehicle has become an attraction and draw pedestrians to our top block --something our top block businesses appreciate.
