This isn't a review of the bar. I am a huge fan of The Avenue as a bar, just not a fan of being disturbed until 1 in the morning on a Monday-Thursday. You can have a great bar without excessive late night noise and cigarette smoking.

Then go talk to them about it instead of trying to alert the city via an app.

The point of this app is to allow citizens of the neighborhood to get involved. Problems (such as noise violations) can be reported quickly and accurately. I'm all about The Avenue and I love Oakland! I want our streets to be as clean and quiet as the next person. I suggest you take your combative language elsewhere.

Patrons of The Avenue are constantly violating the anti-smoking ordinance by standing near the open door with things lit up. Everybody who passes by needs a gas mask.
