Sharraxaadda

The homeowner continues to dump their yard waste (leaves, grass, etc) into the Grape Brook and wetlands adjacent to their property which is not their property. The wetlands have dried up (prior to the drought) due to this dumping and now is overgrown with non-native plants and grass instead of trees and cat tails. I do believe this was addressed with them last year but the issue has been ignored.
