All of the signals along Church St. are timed to change from red to green in 1 to 1-1/2 minutes regardless of traffic conditions. This may not seem like a long time but sitting and waiting when there are NO cars is crazy. I know the idea is to move traffic through town but this idea has a negative impact on the citizens of Decatur. Please consider accommodating you constituents.
