Description

At least 3 people have been tripped and injured by the plates outside L'Occitane at 1042 Chapel St. The plates run up Chapel to the corner of York. Why are there plates, prone to frost heaves in our climate, and not the usual one-piece cement sidewalks found almost everywhere else?
