Hiking up the hill that is at the dead end of Iron Point, I regularly find trash in the same spot the overlooks Folsom. This time, it was an in and out bag, other trash, an opened condom wrapper and this receipt. I didn't have my phone with me at the time to take a picture. This happened just yesterday from the date on the receipt. I removed the trash. Since this seems to happen on a regular basis, can anything be done?
