Neighbors moved out some time ago. Owner has not been by in months to take care of property. The entryway screen door swings open on it's own because the latch is broken. The back shed door swings open as well. Much of the front fence is in disrepair. Many windows appear broken and window ac units are still in. The little free library is about to fall over on someone (no door, unstable base, post is not secure in ground). This shouts that the building is vacant. The last perioud of vacancy led to undesirable actors conducting business in cars outside or on the corner of house. Please contact owner to maintain property.
