Description

The lights along the primary egress and ingress streets, like Smith and Louisiana used to be times well to facilitate travel into and leaving the city. But since the last few days one can only transit around two lights before they change leading to major stacking. I observed this Wednesday morning, Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning.
