We should be acknowledging today; TT&P has taken over maintenance responsibility and is starting to acknowledge outdated issues. Thank you for the patience - our ability to do this work recently began on November 1. We are excited about providing more timely service in the (VERY) near future.

There was a statement issued about requests for street lights issued prior to 12.31.2015 need to be re-reported. Does this nullify the WO 11307 that was created for this request?

Issues that contain a work order ID have not been deleted. That ID is from another software program we utilize on the back-end to further process the work order.

Just need a little clarification on this one. The address listed is 470 Qunnipiac Ave. You state the pole is in front of that address but that pole number is 605. Is it this pole or is it the very next one, just north of 605? thanks.

It's actually in front of 484 Quinnipiac. So it is the one north of 605. Apologies for the bad info.

I just double checked the pole number. It says 7551 on it.

Signal crew responded and verified issue. Repairs completed and street lamp back in normal operation.
