Hello, I have written a complaint for an inspector to go by there to verify if a permit is required. The complaint number should you wish to follow is BC16-00610. I've also sent this information along to Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board for them to verify if the workers are licensed. Thank you.

Hi again, the same inspector was there yesterday and walked the house with the contractor. So far the work he is doing does NOT require a permit. Scott advised him if the siding is more than 500 sq ft it will require a permit. Any questions or concerns please contact the inspector Scott 727-464-3516.
