Description

The drainage ditch around the park at Eagle and Latinne needs to be cleaned out. It is full of stagnant water and is a environmental hazard for diseases and mosquitos, and stinks. All the mud and grass growing in ditch needs to be removed all the way down to the concrete. Thanks for your help on this issue. No picture, but you can't miss it.
