sidewalk lifted due to tree root, handicap personnel can,t use,problem noticifed over two years ago , part was started for temp fix, told when weather warm up job would be done right, also trees are laying over power line, not good for the winter, my alderwomen was also noticified and seen the damage, state from her sidewalk was next to be repair
