Hello,
My name is Riana, and I am at student at MIT. I am hoping to talk with someone about the sidewalk ramps around the MIT campus. Many of our sidewalk ramps, especially the ones on the intersection of Mass Ave and Amherst Street are terribly chewed up. It makes it extremely hard to bike across the street and onto the sidewalk or roll any some or cart or stroller. I am really hoping to get these sidewalk ramps re-paved/re-done. Are you the correct person to contact about this?
