On 4/28/16 the street was opened, new wiring to this lamp post. Rumor is it will supply WiFi. On 10/13/16 the project remains unfinished with an opening on the sidewalk that causes leaks into the vault of the bldg. It blocks the intersection as well. Why is the work still on-going six months after it began?

the situation is getting worse. Now the crudely built box is falling apart. What happens when it snows and the plows come and save a ton of snow right into the electrical stuff going on in there? And cause more leaks into the vault under the street?
