Description

(See original complaints 16-00621447 reported in July). Reported as sanitation issue 16-00724321. This has been flagged as CLOSED 3 hrs ago - NOTHING HAS CHANGED/NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN! Bins remain at rear of property on the public sidewalk in the 500 block of 15th St NE 24/7! This is also a safety issue as pedestrians, including pupils at Miner Elementary are forced to walk in the street. Someone is falsely reporting this issue as resolved!
