Q. What is the actual problem being encountered?
A. Why does every day around 400 pm When I get off the Orange line and wait for the Halsted bus going south do I look at the bus tracker and am told I have to either hoof it or take a cab. While I'm waiting at least 4 8 busses going north come by all sit and wait for 1 or 2 people to get on while me and a dozen or so people wait for the 8 south. This is every single day. Best part is if I want to leave the neighborhood at 700 going north it will be the exact opposite with 4 or 5 8busses going south and 1 bus going north every 45 min. I notice this on weekends too when we all travel out of the hood
