I think HPD should be involved on this one as well, if drivers are intentionally violating traffic laws and causing danger to others.

Proper driving etiquette is merging when you see the first sign. Not passing all other vehicles and trying to force your way into the line.

It’s an easy process that does not require any sort of registration or passwords, just basic contact information so that ALDOT may respond. ALDOT advises that they will be able to address concerns promptly when they come through their system. We have also notified HPD to increase patrol in the area.
