Horrible drug house at 3204 Q street North Highlands. We have complained many times before. It is boarded up but low life's hang out there day and night and attract horrible people that are roaming up and down the street and ruining our neighborhood. We can't even let our grandkids play in our yard. Our businesses are being effected because customers don't want to come to the area. We have been putting up with this for months. The police run people off the property and within hours they are back. We are so exasperated! Why can't they fence the property off? Why can't the police run them off every day? They drive by everyday? When is this situation going to be resolved. We have been having to live with this for many, many months.
