We have worked very ahrd to eliminate this gang tagging and now here it is again!

Please call Lt. Minardi (203-946-9504) about this immediately. He will look into it an pass it on to Gang Intel, if he thinks this is gang related. This was once a sign of 'drug sales' on the block and if you see that, that should be reported to Minardi as well. But shoes on the wire is not necessarily a sign of gang related activities, and sometimes it's just kids being random.

Thanks! Actually it is Hill North and an email was sent at the same time to Lt. Hosey and Jeffrey Moreno at LCI...Jeffrey Moreno at one time, said the gang shoes thing would be taken care of immediately...we'll see!
THis is definitely gang related, given this is the same property along with #80 Elliot who were and are once again gang involved, they even set up an SUV on the block and would catch the kids coming from school to sell to. The day school opened, #79 Elliot was sitting on the front porch - open for business!
