The house need to be tore down there is rats and roches inside this house it's gross inside the three apts there is water leaks raccoons in the cellings in the apts the back porch is full of trash the porches are About to fall down I fear for the people that live in the house and just a FYI the landlord don't do nothing about it and he has friends at city hall this why nothing getting done it's very bad and kids live in this house

visited this property on Tuesday 10/11/16....found evidence of mice, flies , and other code violations inside the apartments....sent letter to owner to address all issues found at this address.....also spoke to owner on Wednesday 10/12/16....owner was advised that he will be receiving a letter to address issues in a timely manner or fines will follow.....owner said that he will get started right away.....will work with owner until all violations have been addressed.
