We almost just got hit by a gray Mercedes SUV that did not yield to us in the crosswalk making a left from Columbus to Marin. We had the walk signal and the left turn indicator was no longer illuminated when she made the left turn. I called JCPD to let them know that a reckless driver is out there but I do think enforcement of traffic laws needs to be stepped up downtown. I routinely see cars drive through stop signs etc. throughout the downtown area.
