Dead tree in alley behind 2030 Hamlin Street NE shedding very large limbs. One fell yesterday by my garbage cans and broke my fence. If I had been near I would have been hurt. It was blocking traffic in the alley and in my yard so a neighbor helped move it. This tree is dangerous. A neighbor walking by said he had reported it twice and the case was closed with no action. Please remove this large tree before someone is hurt.
