Therefore, I wonder would this memorial site remain in other neighborhoods such as, University District, Sherwood Forest, Palmer Woods, Fitzgerald, Bagley, Greenacres, and Schulze Community poised for continued growth as Detroit's gem neighborhoods that have beautiful entry signs located around their neighborhoods, whereas Garden Homes Community proliferated with investors blighted properties, illegal dumping, and corridor for marijuana caregiver centers along 8 Mile Road, simply because people in power forgotten where they came from?
