Two vacant apartment complex security boards installed several months ago but all boards removed yesterday by several men now apartment building open to trespassers.

Piles of solid waste removed from this property, tree branches, black plastic bags, and misc. items at front berm going on two weeks after previous tenant evicted. Bulk waste not pickup but a new tenants have moved in a few days ago with the bulk waste at front berm.

Vacant property opened to trespassers front window and side door, overgrowth all property and illegal dumping occurring at curbside. This vacant property reported for several years continue looking a hot mess on Pembroke.
