Loud party going on at 3491-20th St. Started around 8pm. There is a bouncer in all black standing outside checking ID's. Extremely loud noises and sounds disturbing the neighborhood. Screaming + music. Decibal levals are inappropriate. On going issue with this place (it is tech housing called 20 Mission).
