I think your call to the bus company is the best way to handle this. Have you seen any improvement since your call?

The call to the bus company has stopped it..I just wish we could get buses to use Orchard all the tine and not Elliot..It is just too narrow!

Can I suggest you contact Traffic & Parking Director Doug Hausladen (203-946-8067 - dhausladen@newhavenct.gov) and the City Engineer Giovanni Zinn, (203) 946-6417- mfiguero@newhavenct.net) and schedule a meet on your street during the times the school buses run through, so they can see your concern. Perhaps consider making Elliott Street 'local access only', and/or 'residential parking only'. I would suggest sending them an email and cc the Mayor, your LCI specialist and your Alder. Work the system and the system will work for you.
