Opis

Rottweiler is off leash and unattended. While walking my small dog on the other side of the street, this dog (easily 5 times her size) has charged across the street at her twice. The first time her harness snapped at the clasp and they were both loose. Neighbors report that this dog is often wandering. The owner apparently lives on the third floor, but when my husband went to talk with him he did not answer the door. This morning at 6:00 a.m. while walking my dog, the Rottweiler came running across the street again. I yelled, "NO!" and I yelled for help and the dog went back home. The dog is probably not vicious, but it is nonetheless terrifying. We have leash laws. I did call the police both times. It doesn't seem to deter the neighbor from letting the dog out alone.
