Description
Hello, I am a resident at 205 Fourth Street in downtown Jersey City. Yesterday when my fiance was returning home with our dogs, he noticed a garbage truck in front and a man urinating in our building's driveway. It turned out that he was, in fact, one of the men doing the garbage pickup. He confronted by my fiancé but left without an apology. Do these workers not get bathroom breaks that they are forced to illegally urinate in public?
