Empty lot grass 5 1/2 feet tall; possible danger of rats and snakes. One snake had to be removed from neighbors garage by animal control.

18 days past Michael Calhoun's posting of this property to be forced moved, by the city, 10 days from posting date, as noted on his citation staked near the mailbox....
18 days later... still not mowed...
The residents of this neighborhood are doing our part to keep property values up, which the city benefits from in tax revenues.
We would like the city to fulfill their partnership and vested interests by inforcing the city codes that they have been in trusted with in a timely manner...
