I would like to add that yes this light takes FOREVER to get through if you just miss it (leaving Westlawn on 14th). It would be great if this light could be re-evaluated for proper delays and timing as well. Sometimes only 1 or 2 cars make it through and then it changes to red and there's still cars waiting to turn left.

A traffic signal technician performed a complete check of the detection loops at this intersection and found each of them to be working properly.
