Utilities and police were just out on Governor's replacing the street lights, and now we have bright white spotlights illuminating our house, yard, and everything inside through the curtains. This is unacceptable light pollution. Please direct these lights downward instead of flooding the entire area.

Broken and inadequate drainage in dangerous curve. An 18 wheeler hit the curb the other day and caused some damage. since then, multiple vehicles have hit the debris and or curb and done further damage. Drain does not work properly in rainy conditions. River of mud comes across road from construction site and floods my driveway/yard instead of going down the drain. Need a culvert or something because water doesn't drain uphill, especially when it keeps getting hit by trucks.

UNSAFE CONSTRUCTION SITE, ROAD NOT PROPERLY CLOSED

In the easement between my property and the neighbor, there's a large, gaping hole where the Governor's Dr drainage (possibly others) enters the sewer. there's a sewer cap uphill and downhill of this location. It's a dangerous trap, but also a mosquito nest due to standing water and possibly a sanitary issue. When it rains it's a gushing river down our driveway into the hole, which overflows. Thank you in advance for looking into this.

Our can is full and went out Sunday afternoon. It's still there, and will remain until emptied. I'd be less irritated if this was the first time, but it seems more often than not they skip our house. Is there a reason for this that we can help resolve? Thanks in advance.

Constant speeding, poor traffic light visibility (curve), and high traffic keep causing major accidents at this intersection on Governor's. We just moved in across the street and there have been several accidents already. We need lower speed limits, more police presence, and traffic light indicators before the curve.

Grass 2 feet tall all summer...

For the second time, tonight, my dog and I were almost hit by a speeding car using the sidewalk as a bypass to the speed humps. The 6 inch plastic domes strung along 10 feet on either side are insufficient deterrents and it's going to get someone killed. The car in front of this one did the same thing at 40mph without even braking. PLEASE address this issue. An actual curb along the sidewalk would be sufficient. Right now it is at street level.

The drain cover in the back of the park looks to have fallen in. It was poorly constructed to begin with.

Please tell your park maintenance staff to stop leaving the Pine Park maintenance vehicle gate open after use. It gets locked because when it's open random people drive their vehicles into the park. Now the gate was locked open and the community watch key doesn't fit.

The large access gate to the park is broken and the maintenance crew can no longer close it. The metal gate is hanging on one hinge. It has been this way for some time without repair. I think the city tractor hit it when mowing.

Trucks drive around and indescriminately throw this garbage that nobody wants all over yards. Sometimes when walking my dog I'll see several of these washed into storm drains. It's a waste of paper/plastic and they won't stop throwing this garbage all over the neighborhood! I have a no soliciting sign.

In the SE corner of Pine Park there is a cool, some buckets, a crate, and other junk strewn about. May have been thrown over fence?

Someone illegally dumped garbage on lawn of this unoccupied house. Contractors working on it said it's not the first time and have not cleaned it up as of yet.

During the destruction of the old hotel, a large amount of debris and trash has been pushed over the wall into the canal. A lot of it is washing away and it is a huge mess. It has been there for 2 weeks according to business owners in the area.

This house is not occupied, and the front porch is collapsing in. Unsightly. No for sale sign. What's the deal with this house?
