The traffic light at the Franklin Rd and OHB intersection timing is off. It is not allowing appropriate traffic to flow through coming and going to and from the interstate. Which is causing back ups on the interstate or back up traffic within Brentwood. This is occurring during the worse times of the day, rush hour.
