every saturday night anytime after 9.00 pm toads place opens in comes the problem handi cap parking spaces on york st and tower pkwy cars are parked here with no handi cap signs also people leave toads both men and women walk down wall st near the law school and use the street as a public toilet its a real mess every sat night.
