its unfortunate that I have to complain about this didturbance again. My neighbors at 23 north warren ave are now again at night until the early hours of morning talking laughing and playing their music. Several times I have called the police and obviously it doesn't matter to them since the noise is still there. Last year I had a similar complaint with a different person only that he moved and replaced with a louder crowd, people who surely do care about their neighbors peace. My question is when and how does the leaders of this city plan on taking an intiative of ending this kind of disturbance? Are the landlord to be held accountable for their teneants actions? and When do we start viewing these not just as issue, but an issue that is affecting the peace of hardworking people and children who are trying to rest the night for a better tomorow?
