  • Legion Parkway Brockton, MA - Ward 2
Some of the wreaths on Legion Parkway are not lit and the decorations were just put up. $40,000 of taxpayer money is being spent for the decorations but they don't work.
  • W Elm Street Brockton, MA - Ward 2
There continue to be problems with the work being done on W Elm Street. This has been reported to the police and city councilor for Ward 1 but to no avail. I was told as a resident that everyone understood the need to handle the disruption on W Elm St properly during the work phase but clearly that is not true. The personnel assigned is insufficient and those assigned do not appear to have any understanding on how to handle a work zone properly. In addition, they do not have proper detour signage when doing the work. Please address these issues before the hazards caused by these problems end up causing more problems.
  • 500 Belmont St Brockton, MA - Ward 1
There are tall lights on this property that are a problem to drivers at night. The lights are far too bright and are a distraction to drivers. If the lights cannot be shut off, then they should at a minimum be turned in toward the property and not be allowed to be situated in such a way as to distract and blind drivers at night.
  • Warren Ave Near Pleasant Street Brockton, Massachusetts - Ward 2
Someone put graffiti down the middle of Warren Ave. There are now double solid yellow lines down the middle of the one way portion of Warrant Ave. In addition to making no sense, this is a serious safety hazard and people just following the markings in the road are going to drive the wrong way and cause head on collisions.
  • 68 Hillcrest Ave Brockton, Massachusetts - Ward 7
The snow plow damaged my fence this winter. The damage was discovered when the snow melted. Please advise me how the city is going to repair the damage. I can be reached at 508-942-1678 or JCAPONYX@AOL.COM. Thank you. Jeanne L. Holmes
