I just drove through the intersection and timed the light at 8 seconds. The time was 5:49. Far from the 35 seconds you claim.

Supposed to be UP TO 35 seconds. I checked them the last two days and they are too short. Determined not controlled by loop but the cameras so will check with person at control center.
